At Abaco Polarized, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear purchase. If you are not happy with your sunglasses, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the sunglasses are securely packed with all original accessories and cases.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new pair within 5-7 business days.
